2004/21/8 The second day of conference started with a lecture by Daniel Fischer (Germany) with the subject, "Getting your own AU with transit of Venus", then Glenn Schneider (USA) spoke about, "EFLIGHT 2003- The Umbra on Ice from 35000 ft". Then it was Eckehard Schmidt's program from Germany about "Nuremberg - its history of solar eclipses". Rest of programs was the following: Pierre Guillermier (France) "Eclipse Paintings in the XVIe and XVIIe century : The Pieter Paul Ruben's Christ on the Cross and the Antonie Caron's Dioysius the Areopagite" Rob van Gent (The Netherlands) "Early Examples of Eclipse Mapping" Chris O'Byrne (Ireland) "A calculator and timer for eclipse day" Marcos A. Penaloza-Murillo (Venezuela): "Radiative Response of the sky and of the surface during the solar eclipse of 3th February 1916 at Tucacas and during the solar eclipse of 26th February 1998 in the Paraguana Peninsula on the Western Caribbean of Vanezuela" Jean Paul Goddard (France) and Martine Tlouzeau (France) "Eclipses through Philately" Jay Pasachoff (USA) "Solar Eclipse Science"
Ralph Chou (Canada) "Eye Safety: Transmittance data, reports of eye injuries, law suits and more" Leo Dubal (France) "Questioning Ancient Eclipse Records"
